proBlue style

Post by Sniper_E by Sniper_E Jan 2017 26 02:04

I think it's getting close. Finally got the sidebar cookie set but it's acting a little buggie.

See what you think. Is it acting a little fishy to you or working good on your desktop?
It might be just this mobile. Let me know.

Yes it seams pretty fast even on mobile. Man you move your stuff around so much your an expert on fast setups.

On the sidebar switch I see a glitch. Switching to the left side works and the cookie will keep it there. That is working perfect... but the switch messes up when you come back later or when you refresh the screen.

Try switching the sidebar to the left side and then refresh your browser. Do you see what I see? I need to figure that issue out or take another approach. Nothing is ever simple with me. Where is Rich when you need him? He could make that work the first time aroun!.

Wow, I came back to edit this post and it pulled up real fast. It wasn't that fast the other day. I definately see the difference. Nice work!

Thank you! I'm getting close to the first release. There are a couple of functions to add and tweak out left. Coming soon to a server near you!

I followed the instructions by Christian Bullock on colour switcher but no luck.

Maybe it needs updated, it was written in 2011. Didn't you have one that worked?

				$('#mem-usage').load(' #mem-usage');
				$('#mem-total').load(' #mem-total');
				$('#mem-cached').load(' #mem-cached');
			}, 5000);
			setInterval(function() {

				if (parseInt($('#uptime-seconds').html()) === 59) {
					$('#uptime-seconds').html(0);

					if (parseInt($('#uptime-minutes').html()) === 59) {
						$('uptime-minutes').html(0);
						if (parseInt($('#uptime-hours').html()) === 23) {
							$('#uptime-hours').html(0);
							$('#uptime-days').html(parseInt($('#uptime-days').html()) + 1);
						} else {
							$('#uptime-hours').html(parseInt($('#uptime-hours').html()) + 1);

Well I don't know what you put in the footer because I can't see it on this mobile...
But my color selections in the header navbar are working and locking in the choice.
Or did you move what you had into that same spot? Still no ftp so I can't look.

I like that the color switches are working for what ever you did. :clap:

I've been playing the past hour or so with this and it looks good. The only question I have is when you look at new notifications.
notification pb.PNG

You can see in the pic that there are two notifications. one new and one old. They both show the same color. Is that intentional? It was my understanding that a new notification is different than old so you can see what's what easier. The change color when doing a mouse over but that's the same regardless of new or old. ??

Another question came up with the extension. With it active it works great with this style and others. I vaguely remember you saying something about prosilver with the extension and it does add a link in the header with the links showing like with this style. My confusion is, I was thinking you said it would be under the members name in prosilver like it is in problue. Could be way off, Just what i'm remembering.

It does look like something different with this current version of the board. no smilies just broken images. hahahaa

I did notice what looks like a possible conflict with an extension but not sure which one so doing more testing.

Notification test post.

Yes I wanted ucp menu in the dropdown but this dropdown want work in another dropdown. I may get that problem ironed out.
